This step measures the performance of your building against a database of peer facilities. For our preliminary audit, we conduct an audit of your facility to determine if we can develop a project that meets your financial criteria.

Investment Grade Audit - Prior to initiating this step, we work with you to review the results of Step 1 and define the financial requirements for a project to proceed. We then conduct an Investment Grade Audit focused on the areas that will meet your financial goals.
